Service Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request at our sole discretion.
Payment: Full payment must be received before services are scheduled or completed unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Scheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to schedule services at a time convenient for you. Appointment times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays: Stronghold HVAC is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, supply shortages, or third-party vendors.
Access: Customers are responsible for providing safe and accurate access to service locations.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Services: Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Equipment/Parts: Returns of unused equipment or parts may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.
Cancellations: Service cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Warranty: Specific warranties on equipment or labor will be disclosed at the time of service.
7. SMS Communication
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Stronghold HVAC. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In: You may opt in via website forms, service requests, or promotional sign-ups.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message.
